Leadership Empowerment Training through well-tested experiential, explorative, practical and inspirational tools
The main theme of the EPL teleclasses centers on balancing power of leadership. We will highlight positive powers of leadership around inspirational, transformational as well as compassionate and caring aspects of power. We will also examine negative powers of leadership embedded in our personal drives, unconscious impulses and limiting personality patterns due to past conditioning and root causes. All elements of power will then be brought into balance through effective leadership empowerment tools that aim at awakening and affirming authentic, inspired and compassionate leadership in action.
