Coaching for Educators Program

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, The Center for Peace Through Culture is offering a free coaching program to support PreK-12 teachers, staff and administrators in Berkshire County schools during this unprecedented time of stress and uncertainty.

Teachers and students have experienced tremendous loss due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Coaching is a way to uncover a sense of direction and peace during uncertain times, allowing clients to access the wisest and strongest parts of themselves. This work can help teachers to manage personal losses, engage empathy and communication skills and fortify morale as they support students through this crisis.

“Perfect timing during our pandemic! I have learned how to recognize overt and covert signs of stress in myself and coworkers. I feel that I have the skills to practice for success. I truly felt heard, encouraged, and validated. My coach was amazing in her ability to model and encourage healing skills. I highly recommend this program is anyone who is trying to grow during this pandemic.”

“I never thought I would use a life coach before. I was somewhat of a skeptic. These sessions were invaluable to my life. My coach helped me find and set goals that completely shifted my life. I broke the cycle of going through life with just a set of routines and now I'm challenging myself to live my life fully. I will never forever be grateful to my coach for changing my life for the better."

- Elementary School Teacher

“Coaching has been a real game changer for me. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day challenges and not take the time to reflect and midfully consider options. Thank you for providing this amazing opportunity."
