In her role as a life coach, Trudy offers extensive experience in health and wellness. She is certified in Positive Psychology (CIPP) with Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, and is passionate about helping people by offering insight and tools for living a fearless and fully-expressed life. Trudy helps you recognize limiting patterns and mindsets, shift perspective and habits, and set achievable goals that prioritize your dreams. She believes in the importance of wonder, the power of self-reflection and the achievability of each of our highest potentials.
Trudy is trained in iPEC's Core Energy Coaching, along with Positive Intelligence PQ Coaching, and has multiple Yoga and Meditation Certifications from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health (CYT-500) where she has taught and mentored for many years in the Kripalu School of Yoga teacher trainings.
Trudy has her M.Ed in Arts, Community and Education - Integrated Arts/MultiCultural Education from Leslie University and develops art-based curricula and community art programs that focus on self-development through creative expression. She works to connect year-round residents of Berkshire county to arts venues and events through CPC's "Arts 4 Us" community outreach program.
Trudy has an extensive background in television and video production for non-profit organizations, including PBS-TV, The Goldie Hawn Foundation, The Travis Manion Foundation, Acting Without Boundaries and The Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
